What "Verified" Actually Means
Not just a badge. A multi-step verification process that protects you.
State License
A person checks the pharmacy license on its state board of pharmacy's public verification site. It must be active and in the name of the business that applied.
NPI Record
The NPI number is looked up in the NPPES registry. Name, address and pharmacy type must match the application.
A Person Decides
Applications are reviewed by hand, not approved automatically. If something does not line up, the pharmacy is not admitted.
Suspension
A pharmacy whose license lapses, or that a patient reports for a problem we cannot resolve, is suspended from quoting.
