Your Privacy Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, PIPEDA, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information and Protected Health Information (PHI). Script Unlock is committed to responding to all valid requests within 30 days (Art. 12 GDPR) or as required by applicable law.
GDPR / UK GDPR
EU/UK residents: full rights under Articles 15–22 DSGVO. Lodge complaints with your national supervisory authority or the ICO.
HIPAA (US)
Right to access, amend, accounting of disclosures, restrictions, confidential communications, and breach notification per §164.520–528.
CCPA / CPRA (California)
Right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information.
PIPEDA (Canada) & Privacy Act 1988 (AU)
Canadian and Australian residents have rights of access, correction, and complaint to the OPC or OAIC respectively.

Obtain a copy of your personal data and PHI maintained about you.
Right to Rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data or PHI.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where applicable.
Right to Restriction
Request that we restrict certain uses and disclosures of your data.
Right to Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
