Depends on pharmacy return policy and medication type
Why These Limitations?
These policies balance your flexibility with fairness to pharmacies. A pharmacy that's already ordered medication for you, prepared your order, or shipped your package has incurred real costs.
We're not trying to trap you—if a pharmacy can accommodate a change or cancellation without cost, they often will. But we can't promise that, so we set clear expectations upfront.
Tip: Double-check your delivery address and prescription details before accepting a bid. Changes are much easier before you commit.
Special Circumstances
Pharmacy cancels: Full refund, no questions asked.
Medication error: Full refund or replacement, pharmacy's expense.
Lost in shipping: Full refund or re-ship, depending on your preference.
Medical emergency: Contact support—we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
