How We Enforce Trust
The mechanisms that make Script Unlock a safe place to transact
Structured Communication
All communication between patients and pharmacies happens through our platform. Messages are logged and auditable. This prevents off-platform negotiations, ensures accountability, and creates a record if disputes arise.
✓ You always have documentation of what was promised
Bid Auditability
Every bid is timestamped and locked once submitted. Pharmacies can't claim they offered different terms. Patients can't claim different promises were made. The record is clear and immutable.
✓ No 'he said, she said' disputes about pricing
Payment Escrow
When you accept a bid, payment is collected but held until the pharmacy fulfills the order. If fulfillment fails, you're protected. If you receive your medication, the pharmacy gets paid. Both parties are secure.
✓ Your money is protected until you receive your medication
Issue Escalation
Problems are handled through a defined process. Pharmacies can't ignore issues. Patients can't make unreasonable demands without review. Our support team mediates when needed, using the documented record.
✓ Clear process when something goes wrong
Fair Enforcement
Rules apply equally to all participants. A pharmacy that consistently causes problems is removed. A patient who abuses the system faces consequences. The platform protects good actors from bad ones.
✓ Bad actors don't get to stay
Verified Participants
Pharmacies must verify their licenses before joining. Patients verify their identity before sensitive information is shared. Everyone on the platform has been checked.
✓ You're dealing with verified, real participants
Trust Through Design, Not Just Policy
Many platforms claim to be trustworthy but rely on policies that aren't enforced. We've designed Script Unlock so that trust is built into how the system works, not just what we promise.
You don't have to trust that we'll keep our word—the platform architecture makes certain behaviors impossible or automatically flagged. This is trust through engineering, not just intention.
