How Script Unlock Works
A complete walkthrough of what happens from the moment you upload a prescription to when you receive your medication
1. Upload Your Prescription
You photograph or scan your valid prescription and upload it through our secure interface. The image is encrypted during transmission and stored in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. No account creation is required to start—you can create an account after upload if you choose to proceed.
2. Prescription Distributed to Pharmacies
Your prescription becomes visible to verified pharmacies in our network who can fulfill it. Pharmacies see the medication details but not your personal information until you accept a bid. Each pharmacy independently decides whether to submit a price quote.
3. Pharmacies Submit Bids
Interested pharmacies submit their cash prices through our structured bidding interface. Each bid includes the total price, estimated fulfillment time, and delivery options. Pharmacies cannot see each other's bids—they submit based on their own costs and margins.
4. You Review and Choose
All bids appear in your dashboard with pharmacy ratings, locations, and service details. You compare options on your own terms—price, speed, proximity, reviews. There's no pressure to accept any bid. If no bids meet your needs, you can let the request expire or use your prescription elsewhere.
5. Fulfillment and Delivery
When you accept a bid, payment is collected and held securely. The pharmacy prepares your medication. Depending on your choice, you either pick up at the pharmacy or receive it via tracked shipping. You're notified at each status change. Payment releases to the pharmacy upon confirmed completion.
What We Don't Do
