The Reality: Your prescriber determines what medication you need. We help you find where to fill it affordably.
We Cannot Guarantee Specific Medications Are Available
Drug shortages, manufacturer issues, and pharmacy inventory vary. We can't promise that any specific medication will have bids from pharmacies.
The Reality: We show you what's actually available from pharmacies willing to bid on your prescription.
We Cannot Source Medications from Outside the US
All pharmacies in our network are US-licensed. We don't facilitate imports from Canadian, Mexican, or overseas pharmacies.
The Reality: This ensures compliance with FDA regulations and US pharmacy laws.
We Cannot Speed Up the Bidding Process
Pharmacies need time to review prescriptions and calculate costs. Rushing this process could lead to errors or incomplete bids.
The Reality: Typically 24-48 hours. If you need medication urgently, a local pharmacy may be faster.
We Cannot Accept Prescriptions Without Proper Documentation
All prescriptions must be valid, current, and from licensed prescribers. Expired or improperly documented prescriptions cannot be processed.
The Reality: This protects you and ensures pharmacies receive legitimate, fillable prescriptions.
We Cannot Override Insurance or PBM Restrictions
If your insurance requires a specific pharmacy or prior authorization, we can't bypass those requirements. Our service is primarily for cash-pay patients.
The Reality: Check with your insurance first. We're most helpful when insurance isn't covering your medication or has high copays.
